1 Eligibility and Account Registration

8.3 Force Majeure

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your di888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after all pending bets are settled and all bonus wagering requirements are resolved) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and any applicable processing times.

9.2 di888's Right to Suspend or Terminate Accounts

di888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if di888 determines in its sole discretion that:
